Cry Babi Drops A Modern Day Old-Western Cassic Rock Opus

1868-a.jpg

Cry Babi just dropped a spanking new single that feels like watching an old western that combines Pink Floyd and The Rolling Stones and sprinkle on some colorful feels and lyrics that paint a picture as the music sways and swells.

"Tangerine" is a bit of a musical journey and feels almost like a cinematic or theatrical track. When it's ended you feel like you've just watched a play.

Ween would be proud of this song.

Guitars explode in harmony and passion, organs fill the atmosphere and vocals keep you floating on.

This is an intese and growing song that crawls under your skin before you've even realized it.

The single is a bit of an opus of sorts and nailes an aesthetic of 70's clasic rock pretty much perfectly.

"Tangerine" is the exact kind of song you want ot hear on vinyl. You want to pop open your turntable, stare at the cover art, pour a glass of whiskey, and kick back with a pair of headphones to get washed away into the ether of this one.

Having said all of that, what's just as outstanding is the accompanying music video for the song.

The "Tangerine" video is pretty much like a modern day old-western flick of sorts and it's visuals and concept are wonderfully done.

It is incredibly difficult not to fall in love with this whole project after watching that.

It's so easy to see how much eart and love and energy went into this entire thing and it all paid off as the final product is beautifully woven and colorfully performed.

We've provided the video below for your viewing pleasure and you do not want to miss it.
