DaeMoor Drops A Live Double Single

A new live double single release from DaeMoore brings out a lush and gothic-edged post punk soiree that not only hits many of the sweet spots that fans of the genre look for but does so with enough persona and character to get you pulled into the atmosphere that they create.
One of the coolest things about this release is that it is indeed live and so you get the closest thing you can to seeing them in person and in doing so you have this very particular energy on display and you can actually see how the band feeds off of each other the entire time which is a wonderful formula for getting you hooked on the sound.
The video is how you have to soak this in or at least how I suggest you do it because this way you can have all the visuals and see the band's presence along with that live performance.
The two tracks that go into each other are WOTH & Dark Shadows and it is really about this sort of build of intensity at certain times along with creating songs that feel alive and breathing.
The guitar tones are spot on especially for the aesthetic of the genre with just the right level of twang to them and the soundscape itself of the music as a whole has a certain vastness to it so that you can really just become engulfed in what they're giving out.
A lot of this release is a wonderful form of escapism so that you can step out of your own reality and into theirs for just a little bit and really soak in this world that they've created for a few moments at a time.
This was done with a lot of attention to detail but through all of it, it never loses that certain kind of heart that it was birthed from in the first place and I think that's really important because the heart and soul of songs can sometimes get lost when it comes to paying too much attention to those intricacies.
These guys never skip a beat, they have an outstanding presence, the whole aesthetic and vibe is on point, and there is a level of nostalgia that these songs hit for me that I haven't felt in a while so for me at least, this was incredibly refreshing, especially for both The Nostalgia and the escapism factors.
It has certainly been some time since I've seen a music video that took me out of where I was and gave me this excellent live performance from all these different angles.
The video was shot really well, with multiple cameras and very good editing so that you don't get too much of one thing at a time.
Another thing that really gets me with this release is that you can clearly tell this is built from a group of people who have a pure absolute love for their craft and do things as a passion project.
That is something that also sometimes gets lost in the creation process and these guys hang on to it with everything they have.
Now, you can catch this in a few different places but again I urge you to actually watch the video for this one because then you get the full spectrum and I think that's the point of this.
Get engulfed, get washed away with the sound because it's worth doing and it feels awesome.
Honestly, if I was going to write things with numbers which I never ever do, this would be a solid 10 out of 10 straight up.
Dive into this one when you get a chance because you certainly will not regret it.
Remember where you heard it first.
