A fresh release from Dream Eyes brings some gorgeously layered and textured synth-pop into a dream-like atmosphere with a cinematic backbone and some outstanding production.
"Heaven" has a wonderfully colored palette and touches on an array of electronic genres but keeps its ambient tonality and even during the breakdowns synths and feels get a bit retro.
The whole track feels warm and does give little hints of nostalgia here and there as vocals hit with a 90's chorus that really embeds itself in your brain.
The song also sort of takes you away to a different place all together which is quite refreshing.
There is an engulfing factor that lets the music sort of swim around you and it's impactful but also relaxing in a way.
The notes and soundscapes of it all melt together and flow seamlessly as the song plays out and paints its picture.
It is surely pop oriented and sounds like a radio song that takes a contemporary -pop undertone and adds some edge to it.
"Heaven" is quite the banger as it showcases the artist's ability to create songs that are lush and vast feeling while reeling you in for the chorus again and again.
This sounds like an artist that has a pure love for his crat and a passion for recording and building sounds and that all brings with it a certain energy that is natural and genuine.
This was a great dream-pop track that pushes the envelope ever so slightly and makes you want more.
