DUANE HOOVER Releases "All Over Again" and gets ready for an LP

A single release from Duane Hoover brings on the perfect classic rock aesthetic as it blends elements of bands that we all grew up loving, which obviously influenced the artist to create his brand of classic rock. Believe me, it works like a charm because this new release embodies the aesthetic with the guitar tone, progressions, and even vocals that come through feeling completely vintage.
The track is called "All Over Again" and it speaks the truth about inner struggle in terms of trying to figure out where you are in life, looking back at your past, and knowing things aren't the same as they used to be.
It's also about overcoming those struggles and seeing that things may not be as you thought in the first place and you can find your sense of purpose when things come back around.
I love this sentiment, and again, this is just my take on it.
It seems this song was quite personal and he extended that lyrically very well because, to me, it was connected and relatable.
One of my favorite aspects about this is the guitar tone and how the whole thing again, feels like a vintage 1960s and '70s classic rock aesthetic.
I found this impressive because obviously that was the feel he was going for and it was completely nailed.
The guitar riffs are excellent, the guitars are doubled up as are the vocals which add a lot of thickness to the track. You get this thriving energy as well which gives everything a lot of personality along with the lyrics that also build that character.
I can't help but dig a track that gives me that classic vibe and feel, along with lyrics that I can understand and relate to. You don't get that often so when it comes along it feels refreshing.
It has some cool bridges and breakdowns, and the vocal approach on it is colorful and slightly animated bringing up a very vivacious approach.
For me, this track felt like a cross between The Who and the Beatles for example.
It sort of gives that authenticity and Duane Hoover utilizes his music to express himself perfectly. He's giving pieces of himself in these songs and letting inner thoughts come out as he sees fit but it's in the form of genuine classic rock.
This track is part of an upcoming album release called Wayward Path, set to release later this year in April.
Having had the privilege to listen to more songs from this record, I can happily say there is more of this amazing classic rock, hard rock, and more including covers of bands like The Kinks, Bowie, and more.
Although those are amazing, I think the original stuff like this is really where it's at.
This is the kind of song that makes a statement and a lot of people will connect with it the way I did.
If you really love authentic, vintage classic rock with hints of that hard and heavy tonality, this track is 100% for you and I would definitely check out more from the artist and keep an eye out for that album this April.
I know I certainly will be.
Check this out right now.
