An Addicting New Single from Eli Lie

10647-3-1-17550242773162.jpg

An absolutely fresh new banger from Eli Lie just dropped, and this thing blends styles and swagger with such a cool and seamless energy. There are a slew of electronic genres that come together throughout this single. As you listen through it, you get pulled deeper into this ferocious groove, along with that blend of edgy synthesizers and natural instrumentation like guitar samples, vocal samples, and just this massively edgy but chill sort of beat.

"Woman" feels cinematic in the sense that it could easily be in the scene of a film or TV show and throughout the track, you get these elements of glitchiness in the form of vocal samples that are chopped up, affected, and popped into very particular places to add to the experimental side of the track simply because it needs that along with this hard and heavy groove that it delivers

There's a lot of great sort of fuzz tone elements to this track, and the guitars do a lot of that, but because of that, it adds a set of textures that you just don't expect, and as the song unfolds, you get wrapped up in those textures.

So, what is this exactly?

This is a track that takes a cinematic approach to break, electronic, chill, and more. It takes the best elements of a bundle of genres and puts them all together to create this atmosphere that stands out and has something attitude-riddled about it.

I think it's those guitars. The guitar really adds this swagger and attitude to everything, but it's also in those synths. The synths are edgy because they're coated in a certain kind of fuzzy distortion of sorts. The kick drum of the beat pushes that synthesizer forward even further, creating this heaviness and depth to the track that digs the groove as deep as it can go, but still leaves room for those experimental elements.

That's the important part. There's a lot of room for the experimental stuff. Fuzzy guitar coming in and out of the track, along with the classic blues riff sort of sample, and there are little breakdowns here and there as well. With each different part or section that's brought into the song, you feel a different influence coming into play.

This is the kind of track that was done because the artist and producer have a love for their craft.

This is someone who puts a lot of attention and time into the details in terms of the sound and tones of how everything is coming through.

If the guitars were clean or the synthesizer was lighter, it wouldn't have the same effect.

There was a lot of thought that went into keeping things a little grungy and bringing the rock element into this electronic soundscape, which, to me, was quite a brilliant approach because, although it's not exactly reinventing the wheel, it's blending approaches and making something that feels refreshing that grabs you.

The track is insanely danceable, and if you listen to it with headphones while walking down the street, you just feel like you're in a movie. You are automatically the main character in whatever film you want, and you are damn cool, too.

The song jives, and that spirit and energy, aesthetic, and vibe is completely infectious right from the get-go.

Definitely check this track out because it's awesome. Listen to it with headphones, and like I said, take a walk, so you can feel what I'm talking about.

That heavy-handed cinematic element is consistent throughout this track, and it just breathes a certain kind of coolness.
