A Fiery Pop Single From Hollywood Principle

Hollywood Principle and Mariella Contreras have teamed up to release a banger of a single that blends a fiery and colorful pop atmosphere that keeps its Edge alive and blends different elements of house and dance to create an atmosphere that you just don't want to leave.
"Que Rico" breaks a little bit of new ground by blending in orchestral sections with this set of textures built into the song and it works like a charm along with sultry and lowering vocals that take everything to a different place.
This track has a ton of layers but also a major pop and dance sensibility that gives it its drive and commercial catchiness as the song absolutely makes you want to get up and get on the dance floor within seconds flat.
The cool thing about this track is it's got this atmosphere to it that almost has a dream escort cinematic undertone at times like the dance floor that you're getting on to dance is in a secret club somewhere in the middle of the night.
And this is part of the allure of the song as well. It's got that extra something that adds a sense of mystery to it which again makes it even more cinematic.
This track definitely boasts some very heavy-handed grooves while keeping this character alive in the song writing which is a very unique set of traits but works incredibly well.
This was wonderfully woven and there was plenty of attention to detail throughout the course of the song as it was put together with such beautiful layers that it kind of whisks you away to a different place altogether.
It feels like reading a chapter in a book or going to watch a movie and when you leave the theater you have to snap yourself out of it to get back to reality again.
I love that sense of escapism when it comes to songwriting because you don't get that a lot.
Not all songs have so much character or sense of a place to escape to but when it happens you hold a little higher because it did something more for you.
Everything about this track feels alive and breathing and you have to really love that about it.
You feel like you were just told a story and want to turn around and immediately tell it to someone else.
Plus, there are loads of hooks that just kind of stick in your head for days after the song has ended and the only way to satiate that is to play the song again which to me is just really good songwriting honestly.
Definitely take a deep dive into this one with some headphones, it's one of the best ways to do it.
