Jon Worthy and Oli-J Drop Some Radio Worthy Pop-Rock With "One Job Lost"
The latest release from Jon Worthy is a shining pop rock banger that comes through driving and colorful as Worthy's character is showcased and ends up incredibly radio friendly.
"One Job Lost" is a danceable pop song with swelling synth pads, plucky bopping guitars, and a damn passionate vocal performance.
Seriously, it's hard not to get up and dance to this track. It's fun and I even found myself shaking my butt in my seat.
Co-written with Oli-J, "One Job Lost" comes and goes like a whirlwind and when it's over you get kinda bummed for a moment. Then you replay it and dance around your living room again and all is well.
The single is polished and feels insanely good to listen to as it's vibrant and endlessly fun sound gets you going.
This is actually quite an amazing track to start your day with and is a prime example of a wonderful youth in songwriters that are taking over.
Of course, this isn't Worthy's first rodeo either. The artist has been releasing songs professionally since 2015 and has a massive catalog of excellent work under his belt.
Songs range in style and feel but they all take on a life of their own and there are tons of playlist worthy singles across the board.
He also has quite a variety of music videos to check out and dig into that all have some surprises up their sleeves.
"One Job Lost" is the most recent in a string of singles dropped in the recent months and his first of 2021.
We can only hope for more to come from the artist this year. We wouldn't be surprised to see some new material come from the artist in the next few months honestly.
