A Beautifully Anthemic Folk Single From Michael Lane

The latest single release from Michael Lane is a beautifully woven indie-folk track with an honest lyrical approach and a lush soundscape musically that come together to create a full and vibrant song.
"Good Times" is beautiful vocally and the chorus becomes quickly addictive along with background hooks that haunt in the best ways possible.
This track has a youthful energy but a mature and experienced songwriting style that can get you movig in your seat pretty fast with rolling snares and acoutic guitars giving off an Americana undertone.
The single has a cinematic feel to it and you end up paying much attention to what the artist is saying.
"Act so tough but you're really just scared to live" is exclaimed in the song's chorus and done so with a tasteful passionate performance.
Is such a thing true for many of us? Do we all know someone like this? Maybe.
Either way, it's almost relieving to hear it in song like this and done with a certain gracefulness that makes it perfectly clear.
This was a terrific folk song that has the ability to stick with you and have you singing along at any given moment.
It's refreshing to hear a song like that again. It almost even feels like a Summer song just in the nick of time.
You can take this song in a few different ways but we look at it in a very 'live your life, don't be afraid. Get out there and do what makes you happy' sort of way.
But that's just us.
Maybe you'll take it your own way.
Take a listen to this wonderful folk anthem from Michael Lane and feel good.
