An Musical Ode To The Dead From Paul Rocha

Paul Rocha just gave us a new single that brings some darker humor to the table in a bright and pop-rock laden way.
"They're All Dead" is quite a different track that feels like a folk-rock track complete with floating guitars and tons of vocal harmonies that lace the song with tasteful bends and sways in a classic rock vein.
This song gives a live feel in a way and really has come amazing callouts to everyone from the Beatles to Santana as well as loads of fun changes that keep the songs suprise aspect strong.
In a way, "They're All Dead" is a love letter to basically everyone that's passed on and tackles the whole mortality factor with a swift kick in the ass.
This track will make you laugh if you pay attention to it and with all the outstanding odes to other bands that come and go in this track's course, you'll step back and want to restart it as soon as it's ended.
Vocals are vibrant and guitars are impressive as Rocha changes the riffs and gets back to the chorus of the song without a hitch.
I think this is a song we can all use, especially music fans. It's got such an addictive light hearted hook that repeats "We're All Dead" enough to make you laugh.
An excellent and intricately written song that has a damn good time, this single is one for the books.
The accompanying video is also quite fun as it goes through the song lyric by lyric in visuals that really make the song sink in even more which is great because there are a lot of great lines you may miss since it all happens so quickly.
