Pure Speculator Delivers An Experimental and Cinematic Opus

This was really cool to me, because it goes to show you how just one element of the song can make it feel so different.
This is a producer that knows how to shape a piece of work to his liking. It feels a little experimental, because it probably was; he knew it was a cool sound and an unexpected change.
It totally works amazingly, and you can tell that this is someone who builds his songs from the bottom up. He starts with whatever he starts with. I'm not there, so I'm not sure how he begins, but I'm sure that once he gets some groundwork laid, he goes and builds outward from there.
He's able to branch out and create something that may surprise you, but it still keeps the same kind of vibe and starts with what I feel is important.
This was an excellent single, and the best part about it is that it comes from a full album called ProtoBrain I, which delves into all different kinds of electronic, cinematic, and experimental soundscapes.
This album is an extremely full-bodied piece of work that lets him go free and build songs with no walls around them.
Listening to the single is amazing, but listening to the whole album gives you a much bigger sensation. It showcases someone who can build a world with his music, and it feels completely freeing.
There are a lot of other surprises around the corners of this album, but I think that a lot of it comes from film.
I feel like this is someone who's inspired a lot by film soundtrack and score work, which he isn't hesitant to incorporate into the music he creates.
It's like he brings a slew of influences together to create something that is his own, and it's a brilliant album from start to finish.
