Scared of Sharks Releases "Stumble"
If you're not all too familiar with the rock-oriented sounds of Scared of Sharks, then let us be the ones to get you all caught up because the band has recently dropped a new single called "Stumble" and the song shares bits of desert rock and grunge but does it all with a vibrant style that makes everything very fun.
The single is something that lets you know these guys don't take everything all too seriously because it's got a certain looseness to it that lets it sort of feel alive and breathing.
The guitars go from clean to distorted letting the verses come in with a little bit more of a subtle calmness but then exploding into the heavier sections which makes everything pop a lot more.
This is a pretty smart approach to songwriting in terms of the arrangement and composition and the whole thing is honestly super catchy.
The track has a great fuzzy heaviness but also welcoming radio friendliness as well.
This is an excellent combination along with memorable riffs and hooks all over it.
Scared of Sharks is getting ready to drop a full ep with the single as the first taste.
The band has come a long way since they started.
"I think our sound has gotten a bit heavier with the lineup changes with jack leaving in 2022 being replaced by Tim on the drums and the addition of Loui on bass. With our sound becoming a little more polished and a little less Lofi" - Scared of Sharks
Take a good listen to "Stumble" and rock out with it while you get ready for the EP release coming soon.
