Sparrows Eat Crows Release "Red Tide Rising" Album

Red Tide Rising, the new album from Sparrows Eat Crows, is heavy in all the right ways—thick with some grunge, alternative rock, and driven by the an intense metal with bits of hardcore.

What really impressed me was how the band managed to make something this aggressive still feel so damn accessible. There’s a catchiness to these songs that sneaks up on you, buried underneath some of that heaviness. They’ve clearly taken the time to craft each track, and it shows. It doesn’t feel overproduced or fake. Just kind of raw and real.

"The album’s theme is best captured in the title track, Red Tide Rising—a rallying cry to stand up and fight for what you love and believe in. It embodies everything we are as a band, delivering our signature brutal sound in its purest, most unapologetic form."- Sparrows Eat Crows

The title track, “Red Tide Rising,” completely blew me away—especially after watching the video.

It’s officially out on all platforms—Spotify, Apple Music, the whole lot and Red Tide Rising isn’t just another heavy rock album—it feels like a statement in a way. Sparrows Eat Crows have created something that hits hard but hits a sweet spot. I know I’ll be spinning this record for a long time to come.

You should crank this record, especially if you love heavy rock with an excitable energy and some genuine approach.

This album destroyed!
