Dear Friend, I Found a Song That Says What I Never Could

Hey,
I heard a song today, and I immediately thought of you. Not because it's flashy or loud — but because it's
simple, honest, and it says the kind of thing I’ve always wanted to say but never had the right words for.
It’s called “Count On Me” by a rock band from Boston called Third Knuckle. I’d never really listened to them
before, but this track found me at the exact right time — like a stranger looking you in the eye and somehow
knowing exactly what you’re going through.
The lyrics aren’t complicated. No metaphors to decode. Just this clear, grounded promise:
I’ve got you. I’ll be there — through the mess, through the silence, through whatever storm is waiting.
They said it themselves: “The song is about reassuring anyone important in your life that you will be there for
them no matter what the struggle is. You can count on me.”
And I don’t know... maybe I needed to hear that from someone else so I could finally say it to you.
The song doesn’t try to be something it’s not. It’s solid, like a handshake that lasts an extra second. Like the
kind of hug you only get when things are falling apart and no one says a word.
There’s a video too — but it’s just the cover art. That’s it. And somehow, that makes it better. No distractions.
Just the music and the message, exactly as it is. Check it out now!!
