The Progressive Alt-Sounds Of VERDEGREE

The new single release from VERDEGREE is a powerful rock anthem that touches on alternative tones and edgy punk with it's own twist to give it a life it's own.
"Serpentine" is riddled with guitar harmonies, gorgeous vocals passionalty performed, and some edgy riffs giving the song a radio friendly overtone and a cross of genres.
The song is driving and at times even haunting while backing vocals swell and sway in the distance during its breakdown.
A powerful chorus laced with guitar hooks that have a little Iron Maiden peaking through all feels great as it crushes on.
The song has an anthemic vibe to it as well that really comes mostly from vocalist Elisabeth belting out vibrant harmonies over an already massive rock sound.
"Serpentine" is a near perfect follow up to the bands previous single release "Don't Look Down" which has a more mellow and progressive style to it.
Still, the band is clearly developing their staple sound and it's working quite well as fans of even classic rock will love the sound.
VERDEGREE is making their own rules and clearing their own path in the rock world.
