An Album Release From Fox

A fresh album release from Fox has a way of taking a multitude of rock styles and rolling them into one massive record that comes through with a bit of immensity and hits with a great variety of attitude and energy but what's most notable are the many incredibly tasteful guitar licks that span this release.
The full album has a really refreshing and kind of cool percussion aspect to it that in turn pushes the envelope a little bit and gives the record some extra drive but all in all, this is a really large-feeling rock record that has a great edge to it.
This one also has a really cool sort of chanting punk vocal style that takes layers of vocals on top of each other to create a crowd effect and it works really well.
The whole release sounds so far reaching and just well-built and there are aspects of a live performance feel in there too and I think that's just because of the energy.
The album is certainly built on these great guitar sections and these bountiful vocals but what's really cool also are these bass lines that pushed the songs forward.
There are really not enough people out there to pay attention to baselines but these aren't baselines that just follow the guitars or rarely do anyway.
They have their own thing going on with most songs but it's subtle yet excited at the same time.
This is definitely a record that has a way of taking a unique approach to things like lyrical phrasing and guitar sections and that in itself is something that sticks with you.
"I feel my sound has evolved as I get more comfortable with the tools in the DAW and finding the different synths and samples available. I feel like every song I write I learn something that applies to the next one I end up writing. As I mentioned previously, my music lately has been a blend of hard rock and electronic, but my future projects are definitely not limited to that, as I draw inspiration from many other genres.” - Fox
