SIESKI Invites You Into her World

A brand-new single release from SIESKI delivers a very unique breed of honesty as she lets plenty of her inner thoughts spill out everywhere. It's a lot to soak in but feels amazing to do just that. The track delivers a blend of color with hints of edginess and its underbelly. In doing all of this, you get a certain atmosphere that you end up falling right into.
"Coffee" is a bit of a deep dive into the artist's inner thought process, emotionally driven and curiously woven sentiments, and her character as a person in general.
This is one of those tracks where you feel you know this person better after listening to it.
The lyrics can be so descriptive in detail at times that you completely understand exactly where she's coming from but this is a track that you can listen to a few times if you really want to soak in everything that's going on.
She's able to squeeze quite a lot into a verse lyrically and that's just part of the style and approach to this track in general.
She does this with a certain vibrancy. This gives the song the color I mentioned earlier.
It's not bubbly. It's more mature than that. But it does have a brightness in a certain sense that you end up attaching yourself to just as you end up attacking yourself to the character behind the song.
The music itself is rhythmically addictive and certainly danceable, to say the least. It makes you want to move your body and has these little subtle elements of Samba along with this pop overtone and a dance-pop exoskeleton that all come together and build that lush sort of soundscape you end up hearing.
One of the things I adore most about this track is that robust personality indeed. Her performance vocally compliments that personality perfectly and the delivery of everything makes total sense.
It's also musically balanced. There are so many wondrous textures going on so, you have layers of music, sounds, and lyrics that all come at you at once. However, it has a beautifully forward-moving flow that lets it just come right at you.
This was quite a gorgeous song if you ask me and speaks volumes for SIESKI as an artist and songwriter.
This is clearly someone who has a love for the craft of songwriting and performance.
It's very easy to get engulfed with this track and then even washed away with it in a sense.
The song can pull you away from wherever you are and whatever you're doing. It puts you in her world for a moment in time and whether it's the music or the lyrics that you can't pull away from, you're not going anywhere.
I love an artist who lets so much out in one track.
This song has so much to take in and it feels great to do so.
As a listener, I connected with a lot of what she was saying and as a music lover, I found myself shaking my butt in my seat.
I checked out some more releases from the artist and wow.
You have tracks that are very dance-pop and electronic-oriented, songs that are amazingly personal and again, very descriptive, and each track stands on its own two feet.
There are even songs with vocals and guitar only, with clean and crisp deliveries that make you think of artists like Ani DiFranco.
There are no two songs that are alike. She is eclectic, charismatic, vivacious, honest, and personal.
This is something you want to listen to if you are into music that makes you think or makes you feel.
If I had to say SIESKI was a genre at all, it's that one. Music that makes you think or feel. The kind of music we need more of in our day and age.
Most certainly take a deep dive into "Coffee" to explore some of her personality and inner thought, color, and vibrancy right off the bat, but then listen to plenty of her back catalog of releases to get a grasp on all the different sides to her there actually are.
This I can promise you, is worth your time.
Check the stuff out and see how it affects you.
