A Fiery New Single From XOLEX
A brand new single from XOLEX gives off a wonderfully colorful but still slightly edgy Southern rock tonality that embeds itself in your brain and doesn't let go.
"Ain't Buyin' It" shows a ton of character and a nearly perfect attitude and Swagger as the artist manages to pull off this crisp but somewhat gritty approach that really speaks volumes for herself as not only a songwriter but for a performer as well.
The delivery on this track is absolutely outstanding because a song like this and the way it was written calls for that vocal performance to be of a certain energy and XOLEX hits the nail on the head every second of this playthrough.
The guitars and drums and everything about this also have that little edginess to it and that little hint of grit as well so the whole song becomes an atmosphere of its own and that atmosphere at times feels cinematic and hard-hitting.
This is the type of track that I can talk about till I'm blue in the face but it still won't do it justice.
If you like female fronted fierceness that still packs personality as much as it packs a punch, then this song is an absolute must hear
You get the best of multiple worlds with this release and it is better to listen nice and loud than anything else.
The release will have you singing along at the top of your lungs with your fists in the air in no time flat and that energy that she gives off throughout this track is probably the most addictive thing about it.
She has an amazing presence as an artist and you can hear that in the recording enough to make you want to go see her live in your face.
You just want to see if that energy in that presence is there in a live performance setting and I bet anything that it is.
This track is fiery and flavorful, full-bodied and lush but it also has a crazy radio friendliness that makes you feel like you've been listening to the song on the radio for a few years already.
Well, you haven't but don't be surprised when you start hearing it on the radio.
For now you can dive into this one on Spotify or anywhere else you normally listen to music.
